How can I withdraw the funds from my account?
At the moment, our website supports withdrawals using cryptocurrencies only, so in order to proceed, you need to have a crypto account in a 3rd party crypto wallet / platform of your choice.
To initiate a withdrawal from your FortuneBox account, kindly do the following:
Once logged in, navigate to the Wallet section, and select the “Withdrawal” tab.
Select the cryptocurrency of your choice.
Fill the relevant fields accordingly:
“Address” field: here you need to input your personal crypto account address, which can be found in your 3rd party crypto wallet.
If you are not sure how and where to find it, kindly seek support from the 3rd party wallet provider. Always make sure that the address is correct and belongs to you before proceeding as incorrect information may lead to irrevocable loss of funds.
“Withdrawal amount” field: here you need to input the amount of coins you wish to withdraw.
Keep in mind the coin to currency exchange rate when estimating the amount, and the minimum withdrawal amount which is 1 USD equivalent (fees excluded).
Read the notification: “I confirm that I have provided the correct information and am not eligible for a refund when providing incorrect information.” and mark the relevant checkbox to confirm that you have double-checked all of the provided information and that it is correct.
Review the withdrawal summary, including the additional estimated network fee visible below the “Withdraw” button, to be aware of the additional processing fees that may occur.
Whenever you are ready to proceed, click on the “Withdraw” button.
Once complete, the transaction hash will be displayed in the same window accordingly. The transaction will also be visible in your Profile > Transactions > Withdrawals tab.
How long does it take to process a withdrawal?
Usually the withdrawal requests are processed immediately and the processing time depends only on the required confirmations in the specific blockchain.
In some cases though, our Administration reserves the right to perform a KYC check, and / or to process the withdrawal request manually at our sole discretion, and at any given time. In such situations, the withdrawal processing time may be extended.
