How can I make a deposit?
To make a deposit on our website:
Log in to your profile
Go to the Wallet section (a dedicated button in the right top corner)
When entering the Wallet for the first time, you will be asked to provide your date of birth and confirm that you are not underage.Choose the "Deposit" tab and the preferred payment method
Follow the instructions accordingly to conclude the transaction.
Once the deposit is successfully credited to your Player's account, you will see the relevant amount added to your balance.
Where can I see all of my deposit transactions?
You can check your Deposits history from your user profile:
- Once logged in, click on the avatar icon in the right top side of the site,
- Choose “Profile” from the dropdown menu, and go to “Transactions” tab, alternatively jump into "Transactions" directly
- Go to “Deposits” tab.
You will be able to see here each transaction ID, provider, external ID, amount and the date of the transaction.
What deposit methods are available on your site?
Our site offers a variety of payment methods, including crypto deposits and alternative methods provided by 3rd party payment processing partners. The availability of payment methods may change over time, and may vary depending on your location.
The methods available on our site are grouped in 3 main categories:

1 coin equals the value of 1 US Dollar.
The transactions made using crypto-currencies are calculated based on the average exchange value at the moment of the transaction, excluding the additional fees that may apply.
The current crypto-currency values and current exchange rates can be checked on any popular 3rd party websites.
What is the required minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit amount depends on the payment method you choose:
- For the crypto deposits it is 1 USD equivalent.
- For the Swapped deposits the minimum is defined by the payment provider and may vary depending on the currency, payment method and location.
- For the Pulse Gift Cards, the smallest card value you can purchase is 5 USD equivalent.
Kindly keep in mind that the above excludes the additional transaction fees that may apply depending on the selected payment method. Also, those limits are a subject to Administration and may change over time.
What are the deposit wagering requirements?
The deposits come with a wagering requirement of x1, which means that if you deposit 25 coin, you must play through with 25 coins, before a withdrawal will be possible.
The wagering requirement is a standard practice and is necessary due to abuse prevention and our AML policy.
