How can I deposit using Crypto?

To make a deposit using a selected Cryptocurrency, follow the steps below:

1. Once in the “Wallet” make sure you are on the “Deposit” tab.

2. Choose the selected Cryptocurrency.

3. You will see a crypto address, to which the payment should be sent to.
You can copy it to your clipboard by clicking on the “Copy” button.

4. For certain currencies, you will also need to copy and use the correct memo / tag to make sure the amount is credited on your account correctly.

It’s crucial to remember that cryptocurrencies must only be sent through their designated networks and to the appropriate wallet addresses, using individual memo / tag where available. Sending coins via the wrong network or to the wrong address can result in a permanent loss of funds.

5. To issue the payment to the mentioned address, you need to have a 3rd party Crypto wallet, or an account on a 3rd party Crypto exchange service of your choice. The exact steps mentioned below are to explain the general idea, and may vary depending on what Wallet or Service you choose to use.

6. Once in your wallet or exchange service:

- make sure to choose the correct cryptocurrency and the correct network

If you are not sure which network to use for the selected Crypto currency, we suggest consulting your Wallet / Service provider for additional support.

- choose “send” option.

- input the address generated on our site, or scan the generated QR code (mostly used while on the mobile app). Make sure you use only the personal deposit address.

- input the memo / tag where required (not in all crypto currencies this will be required).

- input the amount you wish to send (in crypto).

- confirm the transaction.

7. The funds should appear on the balance of your FortuneBox.com account in a few minutes. The transaction will also appear under Profile > Transactions > Deposits, where you can see more details.

Which network should I use for my Crypto transaction?

The exact information and guidance on which network should be used for which crypto-currency, should be obtained from the specific Wallet / crypto exchange Service provider.

In general, the majority of cryptocurrency networks match the selected cryptocurrency’s name by default. For Bitcoin payments there is the Bitcoin network, Litecoin uses the Litecoin Network, Ethereum will use Ethereum Network (Also called ERC-20), etc.

However, since it is crucial to choose the correct network for any crypto transaction you conduct, we do recommend you make a thorough research on the subject and ensure to choose the correct settings accordingly.

Which Cryptocurrencies do you support?

At the moment we support the following Cryptocurrencies:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)

  • Ethereum (ETH)

  • Litecoin (LTC)

  • Ripple (XRP)

  • Dogecoin (DOGE)

  • USDT (ERC-20)

  • USDC

  • Chainlink (LINK)

  • Solana (SOL)

The supported currencies are a subject to Administrative decisions and may change over time.

What are Crypto confirmations and how many are required?

Before a crypto transaction gets credited on our site, it first needs to get enough "confirmations" in the blockchain. The confirmations are done by the miners and we have no control over it.

Thanks to the system that we use, all of the cryptocurrencies supported by our website, exceptionally come with only 1 confirmation requirement for the deposit transaction to go through. This means that it should be credited on your account within several minutes.

I sent a deposit but it wasn't credited on my account yet - what should I do?

Although a rare situation, there are several factors that can affect the crypto transaction processing. The most common are:

  • always make sure that you use your current Personal Deposit Address for the transactions. Deposits made to incorrect addresses may not be credited. For some currencies like Ripple, the specific memo (tag) must be used as well.

You should be able to see this information in the explorer (from, to) when checking the transaction hash in your 3rd party crypto wallet.

  • a correct network must be chosen, relevant to the selected cryptocurrency.

You should be able to check this information in the your 3rd party crypto wallet.
Go to the transactions history, click on the specific transaction and click on the link "check in explorer". The explorer you are directed to, should match the cryptocurrency you chose for the payment.

  • the deposit amount must be over the required minimum, otherwise it may not be credited (except the required minimum amount, please consider also the possible transaction processing fees that need to be covered).

  • the transaction needs to receive enough confirmations in the blockchain. Normally, the deposit transaction should be credited within several minutes, however occasionally it may take slightly longer. Please allow it some time (maximum 30min) before raising an incident.

If everything seems to look correctly, your funds left the crypto-wallet, and have not been credited to your Player's account in over 30min, we kindly ask you to contact our Support team for further assistance.
