How can I deposit using Swapped.com payment methods?
To deposit using alternative payment methods powered by Swapped, kindly follow the steps below:
1. Once logged in to your FortuneBox account, go to the “Wallet” section and click on the “Buy crypto” tab.
Alternatively you can go to the “Deposit” tab and choose the payment method, you will be taken to the “Buy crypto” tab automatically. Please note that some methods visible on Deposit tab, may not be supported for your location.
2. Fill the required fields and confirm the payment method you wish to use:
country of residence,
the amount you wish to deposit,
the currency of the deposit.
If you cannot find the required payment method on the list, click on the “More payment options” link.
3. Follow the instructions provided by Swapped to finalize the transaction.
Depending on the payment method of your choice, the exact steps of the payment process may vary. Kindly note as well that additional transaction fees charged by Swapped may occur.
To proceed, you will be asked to provide and verify your email address, and to register your basic personal information on Swapped.com platform.
4. Once successful, the funds should appear on the balance of your FortuneBox.com account in a few minutes. The transaction will also appear under Profile > Transactions > Deposits, where you can see more details.
What are the Swapped.com deposit fees and charges?
The deposit done with Swapped.com come with some additional processing and handling fees set by the payment processing platform itself.
The fees are displayed in the initial “Buy crypto” window, under each payment method. You also see a full summary of all fees before you decide to proceed with the transaction.

I made a deposit using Swapped, but it wasn't credited on my account yet - what should I do?
Although highly unlikely, in case of any issues related to the deposits powered by Swapped, we kindly ask you to first check the following:
allow some time for the transaction to go through.
Even though they should be processed fast, we kindly ask you for a 30min window.
check if the funds left your account, or the transaction was simply declined from the source. If the funds never left, you may simply try to deposit again, or choose another alternative method.

If the status is "in review" it means that Swapped team is reviewing your payment and it may take slightly longer than usual.
If the status is "refused" or "declined" it means that the deposit was not successful and the funds should be returned to you shortly by the Swapped platform.
