What is Pulse (pulsegiftcards.com) ?
Pulse Gift Cards (pulsegiftcards.com) is a platform that allows users to purchase digital gift cards, which can be used on various websites, including FortuneBox.com.
How can I deposit using a gift card?
The whole process of making a deposit using Pulse Gift Cards, consists of 2 general parts:
Part 1 is to create a Pulse account / login to an existing one, and purchase a gift card of your choice.
Part 2 is to redeem the card on our website, hence finalize the deposit transaction.
To complete Part 1 and purchase the card, please follow the steps below:
Login to FortuneBox.com, go to the Wallet section and choose "Deposit" tab.
Select the "Giftcard" option from available payment methods.
Choose the currency, and the type of a gift card (including its value) you wish to purchase. You can also choose the quantity by using + and - controls. Once ready, click “Next” to continue.
Login to your Pulse account, or click on “Create account” and follow the instructions to register. You can also create a Pulse account before, directly on the Pulse website: pulsegiftcards.com.
Once logged in to your Pulse account via FortuneBox.com Wallet modal, you will see the summary of your purchase order, including the small service fees issued by the payment processing platform.
Mark the required checkbox if you accept the presented information. To proceed, please choose the payment method you wish to use to pay for the card and follow the instructions accordingly.
Depending on the method you choose, you will be asked to provide the relevant data to complete the payment process. The exact steps of this stage vary depending on the payment method, and may include an additional 3ds verification.
Once the payment is finalized, your gift card code will be displayed in the same Wallet modal window.
To complete Part 2 and redeem the card, kindly do the following:
Stay in the same modal as before and navigate to the "Redeem Giftcard" section located on the top.
Copy the gift card code you purchased, and paste it in the designated redeem window. The code should have the the following format: AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD.
Click on "Redeem" to confirm.
Once the card is redeemed successfully, the funds should appear on the balance of your FortuneBox.com account in a few minutes. The transaction will also appear under Profile > Transactions > Deposits, where you can see more details.
Where can I see all gift card codes I purchased on Pulse?
Whether you forgot the code you were supposed to redeem, or you simply want to check your gift cards purchase history, you can do that easily in two ways:
via Pulse website: pulsegiftcards.com/account/orders
via FortuneBox Wallet > Deposit > Giftcard modal.
To see the Pulse account details and history, you need to click on your Pulse profile icon and choose “Orders”.
The gift card I’m trying to redeem is not working - what can I do?
Depending on the exact issue you may be facing, we can suggest checking the following:
please make sure that you follow the purchase and redeem process in a correct way, completing all of the steps accordingly.
kindly ensure that the code you are trying to redeem is in a correct format: AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD, and it is placed in the relevant "Redeem Giftcard" section.
if you receive a "Code already redeemed" error message, it means that the code was already used and redeemed before.
You can check the codes which were already redeemed on your Player's account, by going to the Profile > Transactions > Deposits, and looking at the Gift Card transactions.
