What is the Rain feature?
The Rain is a bonus feature of our website which appears every half an hour and allows the participating and eligible users to win a defined amount of coins.
The prize amount, entry requirement and frequency of Rain appearance are a subject to Administrative decisions and can be changed at any given time.
How can I participate in the Rain?
To see the Rain pop-up modal, you need to be logged in and active in the On-site Chat panel.
To participate in the Rain, you must first meet the basic entry requirement, which is to wager at least 100 coins* in the last 7 days prior to participation.
To join the Rain:
- click on the "Join Rain" button in the modal pop-up window
- complete the required Captcha check
- when successful, you will see “Rain joined successfully” notification.

Is it free to participate in the Rain?
Once you unlock the feature by meeting the basic requirements, the participation is free. You can however, voluntarily decide to tip the Rain and increase its value.
How can I tip the Rain and what does it mean?
You can choose to donate a part of your balance towards the Rain pot, using the "Tip" function. The minimum amount you can tip is 1 Coin, and once you add a tip - it will be visible to everyone in the On-site Chat.
Please note that tipping rain doesn't make you eligible to join.
To tip the Rain:
- click on “Tip” button in the Rain pop-up window
- choose the amount you wish to add to the poll
- click on “Tip Rain” to confirm.
How much can I win in the Rain?
The amount of Coins you can win by participating in the Rain can vary depending on the number of participants, tipping, and administrative decisions.
You can easily check the current Rain session's amount in the Rain pop-up modal, considering that this amount is divided equally among all participants.
Do the Rain winnings come with any wagering requirement?
Can I withdraw Rain winnings immediately?
The Rain winnings come without any additional wagering requirement.
You can withdraw the winnings amount right away if you wish.
How can I check Rain results?
There are several ways in which you can check the Rain result:
1. Once you win, you will see a notification pop-up in the right bottom corner of our website, informing you about the winning.
2. A similar notification will be visible in the “Notifications” section of our website (the “Bell” icon located between the Wallet and the Profile icons).
3. You will see your Rain rewards in the User Profile > Transactions > Rewards tab.
Similarly, the Tips history can be found on the relevant Tips tab.
