What Statistics can I see on my profile? Where can I see the transactions and games history? How can I unsubscribe?

How can I access my User Profile, and what does it include?

To access your User Profile, click on the avatar icon located in the right top corner of our site, and choose "Profile" from the drop-down menu.

You will see here:

  • information about your profile
    (including the avatar icon, username, and the date you joined in)

  • basic statistics related to your account
    (deposited, withdrawn, wagered and profit)

  • recently unboxed items
    (the items you recently won by opening Boxes or winning Battles)

  • additional tabs menu
    (left hand side list on the desktop version, drop-down list on the mobile version)


What Statistics can I see on my account?

Once in the "Statistics" tab of your profile, you will be able to see the following sections:

  • The "Deposited" section shows all of the deposits you made from the moment your account was created until now.

  • The "Withdrawn" section in a similar manner, shows the total amount of withdraws made from the account over time.

  • The "Wagered" section allows you to see all of your activity.

  • The "Profit" section, calculated according to the following formula: (the current balance - the deposits you made) + the keys and inventory value you have.

How can I setup or change my shipping address?

You can add or modify your shipping address from your User Profile > Shipping Address tab.

To add a new address, simply fill in the required information and click on "Save address" to confirm. To modify an existing one, change the necessary information and confirm in the same way.

Kindly note that the change of the address will not be applied to the previously created orders.

How can I unsubscribe?

To subscribe or unsubscribe from our mailing list:

  • go to the User Profile

  • choose the "Settings" tab.

  • mark the checkbox "Marketing agreement" if you wish to subscribe, or unmark to unsubscribe.

  • confirm your selection by clicking on "Save changes" button.

How can I change my Client seed?

You can change the Client seed in two ways:

  1. Go to your User Profile > Settings, type the preferred code in the relevant window and click on "Save changes" to confirm.

  2. Alternatively, once you are in the Boxes, and you selected a desired Box already, click on the "Provably Fair" shield icon, type the preferred Client seed code in the relevant field, and click on "Update" to save changes.

Where can I see my Deposits and Withdrawals history?

To see all of the transactions recorded on your account, go to User Profile > "Transactions" tab.

  • To see all of your deposits, choose the "Deposits" tab.

  • To see withdrawals, go to "Withdrawals" tab instead.

You will see here all details related to each transaction, such as: transaction ID, provider, external ID, amount and the date of the transaction.

Where can I see all of the Rewards I received?

Your rewards history is easily accessible from your User Profile > Transactions > Rewards tab.

In this section you will see all relevant details: the ID, type and amount of the reward, balance after transaction and the date of when the reward was credited to your account.

Where can I see the Rain and Rain tips history?

The Rain rewards are displayed in User Profile > Transactions > Rewards tab, under the "Rain" reward type.

To see your tips contributions, switch to the "Tips" tab instead.

Where can I see my Game history
- the Boxes I opened or the Battles I participated in?

To check all details related to the Box you've opened in the past, or a Battle you participated in, go to the User Profile and choose the "Game history" section.

Click on the "Boxes" or "Battles" tab depending on what would you like to preview.

In the Battles tab, you will be able to see each game’s ID, Result, Bet, Profit, and the date of the bet. To see even more detailed information about each battle, click on “View” and you will be taken to the specific Battle’s page, where all details are accessible.

In the Boxes tab, you will be able to see the game’s ID, Box name, cost of the box opening, Provably Fair details, item won, its price, and the date. To see the Provably Fair details of each game, simply hover over the shield icon and a pop-up window will appear.

How can I verify my account?
Where can I see if my account was verified already?

To verify your identity, please go through the following steps:

  1. Go to the User Profile > KYC section

  2. Click on "Verify my identity" button to initiate the verification process

  3. Follow the instructions accordingly

  4. Once the procedure is successful, you will see the confirmation “Your identity has successfully been verified”.

The verification of your account is not be required to play, however our Administration reserves the right to request it at our sole discretion, at any given time.

Where can I see all of my Delivery requests?

For the overview of all deliveries, go to the User Profile and choose the "Deliveries" section.

The orders are sorted into two tabs:
- Active (for the requests which are currently being processed)
- Finished (for the orders which were already concluded).

The Deliveries section allows you to:
- see the order details (the item you ordered, its value, the status of your order)
- when available, also to track the order by clicking on "track" button.

You may see one of the seven different statuses with regards to your delivery.

Those are:

  1. Requested - initial stage, set automatically once you request your item to be delivered.

  2. Processing - your order is being processed by our team in communication with the vendor.

  3. Shipped - your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the shipping agent.

  4. Delivered - your order has been delivered to the shipping address set on your profile when the request has been made.

  5. Cancelled - your order has been cancelled.

  6. On hold - your order is pending.

  7. Customs - your order has arrived and is pending at Customs.
