While playing on FortuneBox.com, you have a chance to win various digital and physical items, including our signature Keys, fashion pieces and accessories, electronics, collectibles, or even cars!
To see what items you can potentially win by opening a specific Box:
go to the Boxes section,
choose a specific Box
scroll down to the Possible Drops section.
Where can I see the item's specifications and details?
To access more information about any item, scroll down to the "Possible Drops" section of each Box that contains it, and click on the item that interests you.
In the pop-up window displaying the item's card you will see all relevant details, including:
the item’s description
the item's value
Provably Fair outcome range
information about which other Boxes contain this item as well.
What can I do with the item I won?
You can either sell the item for its value, or order it to be physically delivered to your shipping address.
How can I sell an item I won?
To sell an item, you need to enter the Inventory > Cart.
from the desktop, navigate to the right hand side panel, and choose the Inventory tab, then click on "Cart".
from the mobile, click directly on the "Cart" icon located in the bottom menu bar.
Once in the Cart, click on the item you wish to sell. In the same way you can choose several items at once, or click on "Select All" to pick them all.
To sell the selected item / items, click on “Sell Items for (price)” button below.
The items will be sold and the mentioned value added to your balance.
How can I request an item's delivery?
Requesting a delivery is very simple and can be done in just a few steps:
Once in the Cart, choose the item you wish to have delivered by selecting it from the list.
Click on the "Delivery Truck" icon to proceed to the next step.
Choose the Shipping method (when the choice is available), review the Shipping Address, and acknowledge any additional fees that may occur.
To ensure the smoothest experience possible, kindly make sure that the shipping address you entered is correct, that you provided all necessary contact information, and that your location is not restricted for deliveries.
After reviewing and acknowledging the above, click on “Request Delivery” to confirm.
Once successfully requested, you will receive a pop-up notification, and the item will no longer be available in your Cart.
Please note that when requesting a delivery of several items at once, each of those will still be considered and processed as separate order requests.
Digital assets will be delivered in a digital form.
To see all of your delivery requests, go to User Profile > Deliveries.
How can I be sure that the items are original / authentic / genuine?
All items available on our website undergo a 3rd party verification process to confirm the product authenticity, however since the process relies on the information provided by 3rd party suppliers, it may not be entirely error-free or exhaustive.
It's recommended to use your own judgement and discretion when relying on the authenticity status of products obtained through this service.
Do you offer any warranty on the items won via your website?

While we are not able to mention all of our suppliers, as they may change over time and frequently, some of the most known are: Farfetch, StockX, Amazon, Sephora, Bullionbypost, Dundle, Louis Vuitton, Dior and others.

What happens if the item I won is out of stock?
We always strive to provide the best possible experience for all users, however the prize availability is subject to certain limitations, such as: limited stock, regional limitations, seasonality, etc. Depending on the popularity of an item, it can become unavailable very quickly, and that is beyond our control.
In case the item you won is not available, our shipping department will contact you via email and propose an alternative solution, most common being:
- item replacement with another one of a similar value
- cash out of the item's value
Is the item’s availability limited in time?
How long can an item stay in my Cart?
Prizes may have expiration dates, after which they may be unavailable due to the volatility of the fashion and hype markets. The prize availability is a subject to certain limitations, such as: limited stock, regional limitations, seasonality, etc. Depending on the popularity of an item, it can become unavailable very quickly, and that is beyond our control.
It is the responsibility of the winner to claim their prize within a reasonable timeframe to ensure its availability.
