What is the On-site Community Chat and what is it used for?

The On-site Chat is an extra feature of our website, which allows you to chat with other Players and enjoy the real community-feel of FortuneBox. Except for regular messaging, you get a chance to participate in the Rain and see the Tips in the Chat window.

To make our Chat an enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask the participants to follow the Chat rules.

How can I open, close and use the On-site Chat?

  1. To open the side panel, including the On-site Chat:

    - while on desktop, click on the “arrow” icon located in the right top corner of our site, just below your profile icon.

    - while on mobile, click on the "chat" icon located in the bottom menu bar.

  2. To close the side panel and On-site Chat section, simply click on the "X" icon.

  3. To send a message, type your message in the designated field and click on the arrow or simply press “enter” to send.

You can also click on the emojis icon to choose and use one in the conversation.

What are the On-site Chat rules I need to follow?

Here are some general rules to keep our conversation enjoyable and respectful:

1. Follow Site Policies: Adhere to the site's terms of service and community guidelines. This includes compliance with age restrictions, jurisdictional regulations, and any other rules set forth by the site administrators. It is not allowed to discuss your age and location on the on-site chat.

2. Positive Engagement: Encourage positive interactions and constructive discussions within the community. Celebrate wins responsibly and offer support during losses. Keep the conversation focused on gaming-related topics. This includes game strategies, tips, reviews, and discussions about gaming on Fortune Box.

3. No Spam or Promotion: Refrain from spamming the chat with repeated messages or promoting unrelated products or services. This includes excessive use of emojis, symbols, links, phone numbers and emails. The only links which are acceptable are the direct Battle or Box links.

4. Respectful Conduct: Treat all users with respect and courtesy. Harassment, insults, or discriminatory behavior towards others will not be tolerated. Keep the chat language appropriate for all users. Refrain from using offensive language, excessive swearing, or vulgar remarks.

5. Report Inappropriate Behavior: If you encounter any inappropriate behavior or violations of the chat rules, report it to the moderators immediately.

6. No Cheating or Fraudulent Activities: Do not promote or discuss cheating, fraud, or any form of illegal gaming activities. This includes sharing strategies for exploiting loopholes or manipulating games.

7. Report Suspicious Activity: Report any suspicious or fraudulent activities to the site administrators immediately. This helps maintain the integrity of the gaming platform and ensures a fair gaming environment for all users.

8. Moderation and Enforcement: Community moderators will enforce the chat rules and community guidelines to maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for all users. Penalties for violations may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the offense.

9. Respect Privacy and Safety: Protect your privacy and avoid sharing personal information, including your own or others'. This includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, social media or financial details. It is also not allowed to gather any type of content or information about other users using manual or automated means (including bots, spiders, scrapers, or similar technologies), unless you have received our explicit permission.

10. Have Fun Responsibly: Enjoy your time in the chat while gaming responsibly. Remember that gaming should be for entertainment purposes only, and never play with more than you can afford to lose.

By following these chat rules and community guidelines, we can create a welcoming and supportive environment for all members of our community.
