How can I login to my account?
To login to your Fortunebox.com account, do the following:
Click on the “Sign In” button visible in the right top corner of the site.
Enter the email address you used during the registration and your password.
Click on the “Sign in” button.
If you wish, you can opt for a “Remember Me” function.
If you registered via Google or Steam, use the respective button to Log in and follow the relevant instructions to proceed.
How can I logout from my account?
To logout from your Fortunebox.com account, simply click on your Profile avatar icon in the right top corner of the site, and choose “Logout” from the drop down menu.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
You can easily reset the password using the “forgot password” procedure.
To do that, kindly follow the steps below:
Click on the “Sign In” button visible in the right top corner of the site, and choose the “Forgot password” link.
Provide the email address you used during the registration, and click on “Recover”. A pop-up message will appear, and you will receive an email with further instructions.
Open the relevant email and click on "Reset my password" to proceed.
Input your new password into the “Password” field, repeat it in the “Repeat password”, and click on “Reset” to confirm the change.
Once you receive the new password confirmation email, your new password will be active.
If for any reason you have not received the “Reset my password” email, kindly do the following:
– check if the provided email address was correct and did not include any spelling mistakes
– check if the email is in your “spam” or “bin” inbox
– repeat the procedure again.
How can I change my password?
At the moment the option of changing password from the user profile is not available.
If you would like to change your password, please logout from your account and follow the “forgot password” process.
How can I change my username?
The option of changing username from the user profile is not available at the moment. Once the username is established, it cannot be changed by you.
For exceptional situations, please contact our Support to see if any change can be applied.
Can I change the registered email address?
For the security reasons, changing an email address that was used during the registration is not possible.
What we may suggest in such cases is to register again using the new email address, and to contact our Support to close the previous account, as duplicated accounts are not allowed on our website.
Can I change the date of birth I provided?
Once provided when entering the Wallet for the first time, it is not possible to change the date of birth anymore.
Nonetheless, if you spotted a mistake, kindly provide our Support team with the correct date and we will add a note in our system for the KYC purposes.
Can I change the avatar I see on my profile?
Unfortunately it is not possible at the moment.
Can I let another person use my account?
Kindly note that it is strictly prohibited to allow access to your account to any third persons. As a user, you are solely responsible to store your credentials in a safe way, and your account should be accessed by you only.
