The gift card I’m trying to redeem is not working - what can I do?

Depending on the exact issue you may be facing, we can suggest checking the following:

  • please make sure that you follow the purchase and redeem process in a correct way, completing all of the steps accordingly.

  • kindly ensure that the code you are trying to redeem is in a correct format: AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD, and it is placed in the relevant "Redeem Giftcard" section.

  • if you receive a "Code already redeemed" error message, it means that the code was already used and redeemed before.

    You can check the codes which were already redeemed on your Player's account, by going to the Profile > Transactions > Deposits, and looking at the Gift Card transactions.
