Missing deposit using Swapped?

I made a deposit using Swapped, but it wasn't credited on my account yet - what should I do?

Although highly unlikely, in case of any issues related to the deposits powered by Swapped, we kindly ask you to first check the following:

  • allow some time for the transaction to go through.
    Even though they should be processed fast, we kindly ask you for a 30min window.

  • check if the funds left your account, or the transaction was simply declined from the source. If the funds never left, you may simply try to deposit again, or choose another alternative method.

  • kindly see the Swapped modal on our site, or the email you received and check the payment status.

    • If the status is "in review" it means that Swapped team is reviewing your payment and it may take slightly longer than usual.

    • If the status is "refused" or "declined" it means that the deposit was not successful and the funds should be returned to you shortly by the Swapped platform.
