What is the On-site Community Chat and what is it used for?

The On-site Chat is an extra feature of our website, which allows you to chat with other Players and enjoy the real community-feel of FortuneBox. Except for regular messaging, you get a chance to participate in the Rain and see the Tips in the Chat window. ​ The On-site Chat is not a Support chat, but a social space. Any requests concerning your account or technical issues should be sent to our Support team via Live Chat or email: <a href="mailto:support@fortunebox.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">support@fortunebox.com</a>. ​ To make our Chat an enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask the participants to follow the Chat rules.
