How can I open, close and use the On-site Chat?

To open the side panel, including the On-site Chat:

- while on desktop, click on the “arrow” icon located in the right top corner of our site, just below your profile icon.
​

- while on mobile, click on the "chat" icon located in the bottom menu bar.
​

To close the side panel and On-site Chat section, simply click on the "X" icon.
​

To send a message, type your message in the designated field and click on the arrow or simply press “enter” to send.
​
You can also click on the emojis icon to choose and use one in the conversation.
