Is there anything else I can do with the Keys I have besides unboxing?

Right now you can only use the Keys to open the designated Boxes.<br>It is not possible to exchange them for balance or another item.<br>​<br>Nevertheless, since it is our signature feature, we are constantly working on it and we do plan some additional possibilities in the near future.
